1:1 Coaching

One-on-one engagements provide individualized support for leaders navigating complex roles or planning meaningful next steps. Clients often seek clarity, improved decision-making, and confidence during transitions or periods of uncertainty.

Structure:

  • 3–9 months

  • Personalized coaching plan created in the first session

  • Regular sessions at intervals that support reflection

Packages of six to twelve sessions

Coaching Sprints

For leaders managing short-term decisions or projects, coaching sprints offer rapid clarity and focused support.

Structure:

  • 1–3 months

  • Co-created plan in the first session

  • 2–3 follow-up sessions spaced for progress and accountability

Wise Warrior Seminar

This cohort-based leadership development series draws inspiration from Athena’s blend of wisdom and skill. Through assessments, case studies, and guided reflection, you’ll build your capacity in areas such as communication, conflict management, finance, and decision-making. Spring and fall cohorts; limited to 25 participants.
